I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in the mental health field since 2018. I currently serve as a high school social worker and offer therapy through my private practice.

My work is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I’m passionate about helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges, whether that means managing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, or major transitions and supporting them in moving toward healing, clarity, and fulfillment.

In therapy, I provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. Every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
